Apply a few drops of castor oil to your dry eyes, after spending hours on the computer. It is soothing. You must apply this before going to bed because the oil is thick and takes time to settle into the eyes.

Using castor oil around the eyes promotes the growth of eyebrows and eyelashes.

2. Castor Oil for Constipation

Castor oil is a fast remedy to relieve constipation. The process goes like this. Take a spoonful of castor oil in the morning on an empty stomach, then have a hearty breakfast, and you will begin to purge repeatedly within 1-3 hours. 

It´s recommended not to do this often as it may dehydrate you.  Once a month is okay to cleanse the bowels. 

3. Castor Oil Pack To Aid Digestion

A natural therapy that can assist to strengthen the immune system is castor oil packs.

Castor oil is applied to a piece of organic cotton flannel before it is placed on the body to promote physical and spiritual well-being (traditionally over the liver). Wear the Castor Oil Pack for at least an hour.

It is advised to use only fresh oil and to replace your pack every 2-3 months because it is uncertain whether or not toxins are absorbed into your pack.
