- Do not ignore your mental health. Make sure you take care of yourself both emotionally and mentally.
- Exercise regularly. Exercise also improves your mood and reduces stress.
- Eat a healthy diet rich in fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Eating healthy will help you prevent disease.
